Kaizen Kitchen

Kaizen's kitchen is lead by Executive Chef and Owner Jesse Newmister. Following his culinary training at Sullivan Unviersity, Jesse worked and learned from some of the top culinary talents in Charleston, SC and Louisville, KY prior to relocating to Knoxville, TN to assist in the opening of the Northshore Brasserie. Jesse proudly served at the Brasserie for over 10 years, initially as sous chef and then Executive Chef from 2013-2015. 

 

Jesse, along with Sous Chef Zach Anderson and the rest of the Kaizen crew, look to constantly expand their food horizons, creating new dishes alongside traditional favorites.
